Chocolate Chip Vanilla Pudding Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 (3.4  oz) Package Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 ¼ Flour
  • 1 ½ cups Chocolate Chips

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine the flour and baking soda.
  2. In a separate bowl cream butter and sugar together until completely blended.
  3. Add the package of instant pudding to butter and sugar mixture and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time and mix until combined with the butter mixture.
  5. Add the vanilla to the butter, sugar, pudding and egg mixture.
  6. In 3 batches add the flour and baking soda mixture to the butter mixture until fully combined.
  7. By hand, fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Bake the cookies in a preheated 350° oven and bake for 9 minutes.
  9. Let cookies cool on counter.
