Ingredients:
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) Package Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 ¼ Flour
- 1 ½ cups Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- In a large bowl combine the flour and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl cream butter and sugar together until completely blended.
- Add the package of instant pudding to butter and sugar mixture and mix well.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix until combined with the butter mixture.
- Add the vanilla to the butter, sugar, pudding and egg mixture.
- In 3 batches add the flour and baking soda mixture to the butter mixture until fully combined.
- By hand, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated 350° oven and bake for 9 minutes.
- Let cookies cool on counter.
