Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- 1 Head Butter/Gem Lettuce
Directions
- Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground chicken and onion to the skillet. Cook until chicken is browned and onions are translucent. Crumble the chicken as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and Sriracha if using and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately over a lettuce leaf with rice, carrot ribbons, hot sauce, Kimchi or anything else you’d like.
