Ingredients:
- 1 Chicken Breast, butterflied and cut in half and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 cup of Flour
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk the hot sauce and milk together (adjust the hot sauce to your taste).
- Toss the chicken in the milk and hot sauce mixture. Make sure every piece is fully coated.
- In another bowl mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper together.
- Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture and make sure each piece is fully coated.
- Fry the chicken, a handful at a time, in 315°F for 3 -4 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the oil and place in a paper towel lined bowl to soak up the excess oil.
- Immediately sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper, or I also like to use seasoning salt.
- Once all the chicken has been fried remove the paper towel and wipe up any oil that dripped into the bowl; leaving the chicken in the bowl.
- Toss the chicken and buffalo sauce together. Add enough sauce to fully coat each piece of chicken.
- Serve with ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, carrots, or celery stalks!
